Call for speed presentations and posters

The conference will mainly have invited speakers. However, there will be a speed presentation and poster session since we believe there are many interesting projects dealing with invasive alien predators in Europe. One goal with the conference is to share and disseminate experiences, and to create contact between managers and researchers working or having worked with similar issues in Europe.

Each submission will get a five minutes to present their work, themself and where to find them later in the second part of the session. The speed presentation can be accompanied by at most 3 PowerPoint slides. Speed Presentations are, obviously, just quick highlights designed to whet the audience's appetite. Then, during the second half of the session, the presenters will disperse to the poster room and interact with interested audience members on an informal basis.

If you propose a Speed Presentation, you will have a place reserved where you can be easily found and optionally to present the same topic as a poster. Projects or research described in the speed presentation/poster should, directly or indirectly, deal with Invasive Alien Predators. Abstracts are obligatory and posters to accompany the talks in the poster room are seen as positive. It is also possible to submit only a poster.
